Toronto – TAB is launching a new visual corporate identity to better reflect the evolution of
business and information management practices, and the industry’s move towards digital

The new logo is a visual representation of the “DNA of data”, which represents the concept of
separate pieces of information coming together to represent order, organization and
simplification. International brand design agency LPK led the TAB brand refresh. It is the first
logo change for the company since 1998.

TAB also recently announced the appointment of Jonathon Shea as the company’s first
President, responsible for TAB’s business in the United States and Canada. He joined TAB in
2010, overseeing its professional services and records centre operations in Calgary and
Toronto, before assuming responsibility for the company’s software development in 2015. His
responsibilities expanded again in 2016 when he began overseeing all North American
service operations.

“This is an exciting time for TAB as we launch our new corporate identity to the market,
signalling that we are evolving with our customers’ needs and the industry in general,” says
Shea. “Our goal is to help our customers optimize their critical information. Building off our
track record of success, we will continue to offer solutions to their business issues relating
to their information with our software, services and products.”

With a 70-year history of working with over 90% of the Fortune 500 companies, TAB helps a
wide range of organizations optimize their critical information, making it easy to store, find
and use. The company offers consulting, professional services, records management
outsourcing, filing & storage products, and software solutions such as TAB FusionRMS
records and information management software.
